We wanted to create illuminated table names for our wedding. Looking for ways to get this done was how I found the hackspace in the first place. I'm writing up the process in case any else wants a quick primer into how to do this.<br />

At one point we were looking at doing a [http://hamrx8.com/Duel_Acrylic_Logo.html two colour edge lit signs], but couldn't get a second LED strip in exact shade of the wedding colours.<br />
==Lessons learned==<br />
We also lit the seating chart like this, on three 300x600mm perspex sheets. Not nearly as impressive.<br />
Always run simulate before kicking off [https://wiki.london.hackspace.org.uk/view/Laser_Cutter/Instructions#Engraving|Engraving with LaserCut], it's got a couple of bugs.</div>CDave
