== Reasoning ==
We should have a template to use for the auctions, containing all the common information.
* Brief "about LHS" blurb:
This item is for sale by the London Hackspace - A non-profit UK Charity organization dedicated to providing a community run workshop to share tools and knowledge. Please bid generously in support of our cause!
(these/this) (server/monitor/hard drive disk(s)) were donated to us from a very friendly organization, so that we can sell them to help keep London Hackspace open and running well. They've all been well tested by our expert tinkerers, so you can bid with confidence.
Thanks for looking!
* Contact/location (wiki page link?)
** "note whether vehicles can pull up for loading. Also that it is outside congestion zone"
* Source of hardware, auction context
* Feedback from various people, to incorporate in the template text
* Highlight: pickup only. State preferred pickup times (evenings preferred, but essentially 24/7)
Payment options:
* "Require payment via PayPal within x days and collection within y days otherwise you reserve the right to relist without compensation. " (Maybe we need to check "See item description" under payment options)

All items are to be collected from our workshop in Shoreditch (East London), near Hoxton station.  This is outside the congestion charge zone and has a 30-minute loading bay. Collection is preferred in the evenings, but any time of day can be arranged on request. We require that items be collected within 7 days of the end of the auction, if they aren't your payment will be returned (excluding fees) and we will re-list the item.
