London Hackspace's ultimate governance lies with the elected Board of Trustees, who are the directors of London Hackspace Ltd. The trustees exist to ensure the long-term health of the space as an organisation.

Although some trustees are also very active members of the community, it isn't the trustees' duty to handle day-to-day running of the space. This is handled by members themselves.

Responsibilities
Trustees are responsible for:

* Making sure that London Hackspace is operating in accordance with its goals.
* Making sure that we stay on the right side of the law.
* Ensuring that the organisation is financially healthy.
* Setting the constitution and rules of the space, in consultation with the members.
* Formally warning and banning members in accordance with the Grievance Procedure.

Getting In Touch
* Trustees lurk on IRC 24/7, see below for a list of nicks.
* At least one trustee will be around on Tuesdays during the social night (schedule permitting), just ask around for a trustee.
* You can email [mailto:trustees@london.hackspace.org.uk trustees@london.hackspace.org.uk]
** Note: this email address is not the best way to get in touch with the community. To contact our members please refer to GettingStarted#Communication.

Becoming a Trustee
Elections for trustees are held yearly. A minimum of one third of the board places are up for election by rotation every year. There is no limit on the number of terms a trustee can serve.

Prospective trustees should be:

* A respected member of the community.
* A paid-up member of London Hackspace.
* Able to spend time in the space on at least two days per month.
* Able to spend some considerable time keeping abreast of and dealing with current issues on email and IRC etc..
* Not disqualified from directorship of a UK company.

Applications from women and minorities are especially encouraged.

Note that the Trustees of late are quite busy, communicate on a daily basis and the expectation is that all should take an active role in proceedings, to be available at short notice to discuss and deal with issues, and to help with the fair distribution of the workload.

The traffic light no longer exists as it went missing :(

Warning: You should read and understand this document in full before opening or hacking on the traffic light

Please speak with marrold prior to hacking to find out the current status of the Project.

Safety
* Mains voltage is present in the traffic light.
* Always isolate the power before opening up any of the sections.
* Always isolate the power before programming the ESP8285 - otherwise your risk damaging your computer or yourself.

Hardware
The traffic light is a PEEK Elite Traffic Light in a RAG (Red - Amber - Green) configuration, manufactured around 2001. It's currently fitted with Pedestrian hoods as these are more compact than the Primary or Secondary hoods.

Controller
The traffic light is controlled by a "Sonoff 4CH" 4 channel relay board, a commercially available device that costs around £15-25. The relay board itself is controlled by an Espressif ESP8285 System on Chip (SoC), which is almost identical to the popular ESP8266, but contains additional memory. The ESP8285 has onboard WiFi and supports the Arduino platform and libraries, making it ideal for an "IoT" device.

Wiring
The traffic light is powered from 90-250v AC (50/60Hz). The controller contains an AC-DC convertor to bring it down to the 3.3V required by the ESP8285. The 4 relays output mains voltage, which is then dropped down to ~12v AC by an individual transformer per bulb.

It was suspected that the transformers were generating Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) when switching on and off, so an off the shelf snubber has been put in parallel with each. A commercial filtered IEC socket has also been added. Since these modifications no further EMI problems have been reported.

style="background-color:#ffffff;" | Green Lamp
style="background-color:#ffffff;" | IO4

Bulbs
The "real" bulbs for these traffic lights are 12V, 50W Halogen Bulbs with a GY6.35 base from General Electric, however they have been replaced with generic 4W GY6.35 LED bulbs to reduce the brightness and power consumption.

There is 2x spare LED bulbs inside the amber section of the traffic light.

Note: It turns out G4's will fit in the bulb holders. These are cheaper than GY6.35s and much easier to get hold of - Poundland stocks 3x 20W Halogen G4s for £1, or you can get LED G4s from £1 each on Ebay. My suggestion would be to use G4s in future.

Programming
The Sonoff 4CH can be programmed via serial using the Arduino IDE, Platformio, or any other software capable of programming an ESP8285.

To get into flashing mode, you must press and hold the L1 button down as you power up the board.

Some USB to Serial adapters are unable to supply the required current to the Sonoff. If you see weird behaviour like the board restarting, you may need to power it externally with 3.3V (NOT MAINS!).

N.B: Remember to "invert" the UART connections

Current Use
The traffic light currently cycles through the light cycle displayed at road junctions.
What London Hackspace is
* A place for people to work on projects they're interested in - We provide a space for members to work on almost any project that interests them and provide the tools to help them do so.
* A place to socialize with like-minded people - We have open evenings which also provide a social venue for members to meet up and discuss what they're working on.
* A place to repair, improve or re-purpose things - We keep an extensive collection of tools that can be used to repair and hack equipment to make it last longer or be more useful and our members often help each other with repairs.
* A group to share knowledge and experience - We can find an expert on almost anything technical (and a lot of other things) within our membership, and most of them are very willing to share and teach
* A way to learn and teach new skills - Our members provide inductions and other training on most of our equipment, as well as workshops to demonstrate and teach new skills we dont have technicians etc
* A place to work collaboratively on projects with friends - We provide a venue for groups of members to meet up and work on projects that would otherwise be hard to arrange.
* You need to be a current paid up member to use Hackspace resources this includes tools, internet and materials.

London Hackspace is not
* A pay-as-you-go workshop - Although we're very flexible on membership contributions and require no long-term commitments, we do expect that being an London Hackspace member is an ongoing process of contributing to the hackspace. Contributing only when you want to make use of the hackspace facilities is discouraged.
* A co-working space – whilst you may be able to sit down and do some work on a small scale you will very quickly find it is not suited to having meetings, conference calls etc the network may drop out, there will be noise and interruptions
* A laser cutting/CNC machining/etc service - We do not provide commercial services to the public, and we have a shared machine that many members will want to use
* A charity - Although we very much welcome donations and assistance, we are not a registered charity and are structured more like a social club.
* A storage area - We have a small amount of space to store ongoing member projects and we're happy to have tools that are being regularly used, however we are very space limited and do not provide long-term storage.
* A business incubator - We're happy to support local businesses where we can
* A tool hire centre - Our tools are kept at the hackspace and are not loaned out to members.
* The Repair Shop wanting to repair stuff are very welcome to become members and get full access to our facilities. If you join up, we may help you fix it, if someone is around and they have time but we won't fix it for you.
* A source of free materials – You should bring your own materials if people have useable materials left over they can leave them for other member and other members should make a donation to the space to the value of the materials – it is one of the ways we support our selves
* A waste disposal service – Because it does not fit in your bin at home does not mean the space will find it valuable or useful

A few members had been interested in playing with VOIP/SIP things, mostly involving connecting the space phone line to the internet and doing voice menus, sip accounts for members, group chat, joining the Hackerspaces Call in, getting linked up to other hackspaces, etc.

Functional features:
* Internal dialing between floors (really easy rather than going back and forth back and forth to talk with someone / do something)
* External calls get prompts for general and travel information.
* <s>Doorbell-style ringtone on phone rings when back-gate visitors call ('doorbell ringer' zombie-phone is located above Electronics lab)</s>
* <s>Conference room function (mainly extension 4225)</s>
* Weather-Resistant Outdoor Phones - GAI-Tronics Titan for Rail and Commander User and Installation Guide
* <s>Back Door phone now with Robonaut integration - IRC users informed when a delivery call is made and also when not answered.</s>
* Toll-Free Outgoing dialing (0800 style numbers) / Banned dialing for others
* DUE TO DUMB CALLERS DIALING FOR LENNY WHEN THEY ABSOLULUTELY SHOULDN'T HAVE AND STILL COMPLAINING ABOUT IT, WE HAD TO REMOVE THE LENNY FUNCTIONALITY. RIP LENNY.
* Easy networking to other Hackspaces
* Dialing of Emergency numbers (101/111/112/999) (Please be aware that in the event of a power cut, hardware issue etc the phones will not work. Please use a mobile, or the payphone situated on High Road)

PBX System details:
* System Platform: Hosted on Bell, a managed Virtual Machine running on Landin
* Inbound and Outbound Connectivity to the PSTN is provided by Andrews & Arnold
* Internal phones are Cisco 79XX SIP handsets.
* Outside phones are GAI-Tronics ruggedised telephones, both attached to a single Cisco ATA186 being powered over PoE using an Avaya 1603 700415607 PoE power splitter/injector.
* OS: Debian Linux with tftpd-hpa service enabled for phones that need to boot and load config files over tftp, LHS logo screen graphics, etc.
* PHONE SW: Asterisk 13.14.1 - no longer needing DAHDI as we've stopped using the TDM400 Digium FXO ports.
* EXTERNAL VOICE GENERATION: Voice prompt files are currently manually generated using AWS Polly text to speech API.
* CONFIG NOTE: Custom configs/scripts to be shared confidentially as they contain passwords.

Asterisk Configuration
The asterisk configuration files can be found in
/etc/asterisk
. To make reading / managing the files easier they've been split up, and are "included" from the base config files.

PJSIP
The SIP stack's core functionality, as well as endpoint definitions for endpoints such as phones and VoIP providers are managed by the chan_pjsip module. The syntax is somewhat different to Asterisks former chan_sip module, so ensure you're using the correct documentation when making changes.

Dial Plan Considerations
VoIP phones have a configurable "Dial Plan" that decides when a call should be sent to the server. A good dial plan improves the user experience, as it means they don't have to press "dial" or wait for a timeout to kick in. The dial plan should also handle users prefixing calls with a 9, as this has become a (bad) habit for some.

The table below lays out the numbering plan used in the Hackspace. Emergency numbers should always go straight out, and the dialplan should be ordered so the user has to wait the minimum amount of time before the call is placed, eg an 11 digit number starting with a 0 should go straight out.
Internal Ring Groups
Its all possible to ring a group of extensions simultaneously. Ring groups should be in the format 70XX

Ring 1st Floor

N.B. The Car Park phone is not in any ring group, to avoid the general public answering internal calls.

Internal Feature Codes
There are several internal feature codes. These can be dialled from any phone. Hopefully this list will grow in future.

Network Numbers
Network numbers are usually boring numbers that are useful for support or troubleshooting. They usually begin with a 1.

style="text-align: center;" | Code
style="text-align: center;" | Name
style="text-align: center;" | Description
style="text-align: center;" | 100
style="text-align: left;" | Operator
style="text-align: left;" | Accesses the same help menu as the external telephone number.
style="text-align: center;" | 152
style="text-align: left;" | Echo Test
style="text-align: left;" | Echos back all audio. Good for testing phones.
style="text-align: center;" | 155
style="text-align: left;" | Hello World
style="text-align: left;" | Plays "Hello World" several times and then hangs up.

Special Numbers
Special Numbers are for more advanced features. They start with 77.

style="text-align: center;" | Code
style="text-align: center;" | Name
style="text-align: center;" | Description
style="text-align: left;" | Broadcast / Page Call
style="text-align: left;" | Allows you to Broadcast your speech around the Hackspace. Listen to the instructions.

Outbound Calls
Outbound calls to chargeable numbers are blocked, however its possible to dial Free and Emergency numbers. See below for details.

Freephone Numbers
Calls to 0800 and 0500 Freephone numbers are permitted.

Emergency Numbers
Outbound calls to the Emergency Services and Single Non-Emergency Numbers such as 101 are supported. However, as with all VoIP systems its strongly recommended that you use a fixed line or mobile phone where available. In the event of an internet or power outage, outbound calls will not work.

Peered Networks
The Hackspace Phone system is peered (connected) with other networks via SIP. If you wish to peer with other networks such as other Hackspaces, contact a maintainer.

When dialling a peered network, enter the required prefix followed by hash, then dial the number you wish to call.
Introduction
The Compressor Delay Timer will automatically turn off the compressor after a preset time, which is currently set to 1 hour (approximately). This is to avoid members turning the compressor on and then forgetting to turn it off because it's stopped making a racket.

Usage
Usage is pretty straightforward:

* Pressing the green ON button switches the compressor on. It'll then automatically switch off once the timer has expired.
* Pressing the ON button again whilst the green indicator is lit will extend the run time.
* If you want to switch it off earlier, press the red OFF switch.

Troubleshooting
The orange power indicator should be lit at all times. If it's not lit, check the following:
* Check it's plugged in. It's currently plugged into the row of sockets behind the buffing machine.
* Check that the row of sockets are actually plugged in. They plug into a 16A Ceeform socket to the right of the door.
* Check the sockets are actually powered up by plugging something else in, like a lamp.

If the orange and green lights are lit, but the compressor isn't compressing, check the following:
* Check the compressor is switched on. Pull the red switch on compressor up to switch it on.
* Check the pressure gauges. It may be that the compressor is already up to pressure.

If you've performed the above checks and it's still not working, please unplug the controller and let someone know on the mailing list / IRC / etc. Sticking a note on the compressor would also be helpful.
The delay timer is based around an off-the-shelf GEYA GRT8-M2 Multifunction Timer. It supports various modes including delayed off, delayed on, latching, pulsing and a number of others. We’re using the “Off Delay” mode. The timer features a DPDT relay with both NO and NC contacts. One set of contacts provides power to the load. The other provides power to the LED indicators on the front panel. The load is protected by a 13A MCB. The control gear is protected by a 2A fuse.

Construction
The delay timer is based around an off-the-shelf GEYA GRT8-M2 Multifunction Timer. It supports various modes including delayed off, delayed on, latching, pulsing and a number of others. We’re using the “Off Delay” mode. The timer features a DPDT relay with both NO and NC contacts. One set of contacts provides power to the load. The other providers power to the LED indicators on the front panel. The load is protected by a 13A MCB. The control gear is protected by a 2A fuse.

Background
Back in the 80s and 90s, packet radio linked amateur radio stations together. In fact, it goes back even further than this — the use of TCP/IP on amateur radio preceded the appearance of the public Internet. Anyway, whereas at the time most people were getting their data using modems and telephone lines, radio amateurs were experimenting with terminal node controllers (TNCs) and radio waves.

The TNC takes a chunk of data, splits it into packets, and sends it over VHF/UHF, and a TNC on the other end decodes, error-corrects and delivers it. TNCs are also digipeaters, repeating traffic for a further-flung station. An adaptation of the AX.25 protocol is used to handle many TNCs using one frequency. The result is an error-corrected, transparent and automatic network. Such networks are still in use; APRS, a protocol to share tactical information and short messages, is built on top of packet.

Some TNCs had a feature whereby you could leave messages for their owners. Bulletin board software began to develop partly out of this, allowing one-to-one message exchange and posting on forums, real-time chat, distributing news and data, and whatever the operators of the BBS want to offer. The scene may be quieter, but it isn’t dead. Ten or so packet BBSs still exist in the UK.

We might be able to reach quite a lot of people from a central London location. However, we’d need somewhere with decent coverage and we’d also need a full license to run an unattended node. Furthermore, to repeat or rebroadcast other peoples’ messages we’d need a Notice of Variation for each node that is on and unattended.

Getting started
Get a TNC and connect it to your computer and radio.

You may already have a TNC in your radio. APRS-equipped radios like the Kenwood
TM-D710,
TH-D74A,
TH-D72A,
TH-D7A and
even earlier models have
internal KISS TNCs.
If you have a Kenwood TM-D710GE or similar, you may be interested in
Simon's notebook
of how to get connected to packet with it.

The AX.25 support in the Linux kernel via

kissattach

then enables you to connect to other packet nodes,
use BBSs and so on. The PicoAPRS, a 50g
dedicated APRS transceiver, also has a KISS TNC mode.

You can also use your sound card as the modem part of the packet radio TNC,
with your computer doing all the processing in the CPU. For this you need the

soundmodem
driver.

A more plug-and-play way to get going is to borrow a TNC from the
TNC pool.

You can then hook it up to your computer and radio
and run a terminal emulator like

minicom
to send
commands to the TNC.

Connect to GB7CIP
While its likely that there are packet users around repeating packets,
GB7CIP is a well-connected packet radio node
listening in Caterham, Surrey. Several of us have been connecting to it over
RF and its BBS and generally learning stuff.
You can also join in by connecting over IP, that is, if you have a UK
amateur radio licence. You need to
telnet gb7cip.theskywaves.net 6300
to
access the BBS. You can register from there. There was a BBS in Amersham, GB7IPF,
but that's now IP-only.

Ideas for other next steps
* There's a VHF Tait 8110 in the shack that would make a nice Packet / APRS radio
* Meeting in the hackspace, we can work out what we all know and what we need to know, look that stuff up and generally educate each other in the ways of packet. We could even start to follow the Zork instructions.
* Find ways of encouraging other radio amateurs to connect to packet. When we have a space again, we could get people to bring in their VHF/UHF radios and lend out TNCs where needed.
* Look into getting a small block of addresses on network 44 for our network, ideally under the club call. We need to understand the network layout for this.
* Trying to get packet working over HF.
* Testing out potential links between our home stations.

Bulletin
The project update bulletins for the London Hackspace packet radio network are sent out on the first of every month to inform the packet radio community of our progress. The bulletin is sent to HACKRS@GBR, meaning it is propagated to the other British packet bulletin board systems and will be seen by users logging onto GB7### AX.25 BBSs.

The latest is September 2018, but you can also read the bulletins from

Internal Ring Groups
Its all possible to ring a group of extensions simultaneously. Ring groups should be in the format 70XX

Number
Ring Group
7000
Ring All
7001
7002
Ring 1st Floor

N.B. The Car Park phone is not in any ring group, to avoid the general public answering internal calls.

Internal Feature Codes
There are several internal feature codes. These can be dialled from any phone. Hopefully this list will grow in future.

Network Numbers
Network numbers are usually boring numbers that are useful for support or troubleshooting. They usually begin with a 1.

style="text-align: center;" | Code
style="text-align: center;" | Name
style="text-align: center;" | Description
style="text-align: center;" | 100
style="text-align: left;" | Operator
style="text-align: left;" | Accesses the same help menu as the external telephone number.
style="text-align: center;" | 152
style="text-align: left;" | Echo Test
style="text-align: left;" | Echos back all audio. Good for testing phones.
style="text-align: center;" | 155
style="text-align: left;" | Hello World
style="text-align: left;" | Plays "Hello World" several times and then hangs up.

Special Numbers
Special Numbers are for more advanced features. They start with 77.

style="text-align: center;" | Code
style="text-align: center;" | Name
style="text-align: center;" | Description
style="text-align: left;" | Broadcast / Page Call
style="text-align: left;" | Allows you to Broadcast your speech around the Hackspace.

Directories
Each of the phones has a Directory Button that looks like a book - pressing it will bring up a menu that lists the various extensions and ring groups so you don't have to remember them.

Security
Currently all calls are unencrypted.

XML Directories
The Cisco 79XX series support directories formatted in XML, downloaded over HTTP. These can be static, or generated dynamically.

The documentation on getting the directories working is scattered all over the internet, with lots of unanswered forum posts, wrong information, or huge PDFs. I will document some brief notes here so I remember in future.

Phone Configuration
In the SEPXXXXXXXXXXXX.cnf.xml provisioning file, the directoryURL should be directed to a menu rather than straight to a directory:

<directoryURL>http://172.31.24.47/cisco/directory-menu.xml</directoryURL>

Webserver Configuration
The webserver must return the content type as text/xml or it will fail:

Content-Type: text/xml

Various documentation also states the following headers are required, although they don't seem mandatory:

Connection: close
Expires: -1

XML File Contents
directory-menu.xml should look something like this, consisting of a CiscoIPPhoneMenu with menu options to directories. Note, Title and Prompt are optional.

<CiscoIPPhoneMenu>

Directories

<Prompt>Directories<Prompt/>
<MenuItem>

</MenuItem>
</CiscoIPPhoneMenu>

lhs-directory.xml should look like this, with a maximum of 32 directory entries :

<CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

LHS Directory

<Prompt>Available Extensions</Prompt>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Telephone>152</Telephone>

</DirectoryEntry>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Telephone>155</Telephone>

</DirectoryEntry>
</CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

Usage
Once configured, you should be able to press the "Directories" button and see an option for "LHS Directory". Select it, and you will see the available extensions.

Provisioning
The Cisco 79XX handsets pull their firmware and configuration files from a TFTP server. The TFTP server can be specified using DHCP option 150, or hard coded via the front of the phone.
Caveats
NAT
The phones send SIP requests from one port and expect to receive the response on another. This fundamentally breaks NAT, and as far as I can tell there is no work around.

Fortunately, our PBX is on-site so this isn't an issue for us.
Marroldhttps://wiki.london.hackspace.org.uk/w/index.php?title=Cisco_79XX_Series_VoIP_Phones&diff=53072Cisco 79XX Series VoIP Phones2019-06-23T10:44:32Z
Marrold: /* Provisioning Files */

Around the Hackspace we use the once ubiquitous Cisco 79XX series of VoIP phones.

This page is a work in progress, documenting provisioning caveats as we find them

<CiscoIPPhoneMenu>

Directories

<Prompt>Directories<Prompt/>
<MenuItem>

</MenuItem>
</CiscoIPPhoneMenu>

lhs-directory.xml should look like this, with a maximum of 32 directory entries :

<CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

LHS Directory

<Prompt>Available Extensions</Prompt>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Telephone>152</Telephone>

</DirectoryEntry>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Telephone>155</Telephone>

</DirectoryEntry>
</CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

Provisioning Files
XMLDefault.cnf.xml
If a phone cannot find its MAC specific configuration file, it will load defaults from XMLDefault.cnf.xml

We primarily use this file to force phones onto specific firmware versions

We have various phones dotted around the Hackspace. Feel free to use and interact with the phones. Usage is documented below.

Inbound Calls
Our telephone number is 020 3422 0547. It's managed by the Voice-Over-IP automated system and provides pre-recorded information about the Hackspace.

When you dial the telephone number, you are greeted with a menu for the following items.

Internal Extensions
You can dial any of the extensions from another extension in the Hackspace. Just dial the extension number.
Internal Ring Groups
Its all possible to ring a group of extensions simultaneously. Ring groups should be in the format 70XX

They usually begin with a 1.

style="text-align: center;" | Code
style="text-align: center;" | Name
style="text-align: center;" | Description
style="text-align: center;" | 100
style="text-align: left;" | Operator
style="text-align: left;" | Accesses the same help menu as the external telephone number.
style="text-align: center;" | 152
style="text-align: left;" | Echo Test
style="text-align: left;" | Echos back all audio. Good for testing phones.
style="text-align: center;" | 155
style="text-align: left;" | Hello World
style="text-align: left;" | Plays "Hello World" several times and then hangs up.

Special Numbers
Special Numbers are for more advanced features. They start with 77.

style="text-align: center;" | Code
style="text-align: center;" | Name
style="text-align: center;" | Description
style="text-align: center;" | 7777
style="text-align: left;" | Broadcast / Page Call
style="text-align: left;" | Allows you to Broadcast your speech around the Hackspace.

This group is currently in long term hibernation

There has been some discussion on the mailing list and IRC about forming a group for studying Computing and Networking.

Having spoken with a member of the Linux User Group it's been decided these groups should operate alongside each other for the foreseeable, as there is an overlap of interests.

I've created this page so we can gauge interest and create a central location to document questions, suggestions and concerns.

Suggested Activities
* I propose we build a small physical Cisco Lab of Router and switches. In the ideal world this would be accessible from outside the space by scheduling training slots and logging in via a console server. There would be an element of programming involved with setting this up. The lab would be powered off when not in use. Ideally this would be remote controlled.

: There has been some suggestions that a Cisco Lab can be entirely virtualised. Has anyone got any experience with VIRL that can advise on this being viable?

* I'd like to build some virtualised networking labs with other users, E.G connect my network to theirs. Advanced users could configure ISP style networks, and beginners could create more simple networks and connect them to the 'ISPs'

Meetings
I personally have no real preference on when the group meets. It might be mutually beneficial to meet on the same day as the Linux User Group as the two topics are similar, but this would depend on room and what other members prefer.

What we need before we can get started
Before we get started we need-

* There needs to be enough demand to make the group viable
* We need people who can teach, as well as people who want to learn
* We need to think about what equipment we need, and get consent of the other members to store it
* We need to pick a night to meet on, again with other members consent.

Interested Members
Before we start anything it would be useful to find out how many members are interested, what they're looking to get from the group, and what they can contribute. If you're interested, please add your details to the table below. If you're not familar with Mediawiki tables, just dump your info below the table, and hopefully some one can add it to the table for you
Introduction to networking and basic troubleshooting

If you're not familar with Mediawiki tables, just dump your info below the table, and hopefully some one can add it to the table for you
The Hackspace has two well stocked first aid kits.

Locations
Ground Floor
The ground floor first aid kit is located in the corridor. As you walk in through the front door you should see it on the left.

First Floor
The first floor first aid kit is located to the left of the main door as you look at it from inside the Hackspace.

Checks
The first aid kits should be inspected periodically to ensure everything is present and in date. Ideally a quick check of the void seals should be performed every month, and a full inspection quarterly.
