• fix heating.
• run and fit power
• run network down from the ground floor - 8 cables
• finish rockwooling
• finish walls
  • fit air filters
• power and network sockets in walls
• run cables to access points (on ceiling).
• paint walls

• power sockets? (not critical? - but they will need a fridge from day one?).
