===Corner Power===

When the path goes round curves, or a straight line passes close to previous line (TBC), the laser will slow down. As a consequence, the Corner Power needs to be lower to compensate. Typically about 80% of the Power setting.

===Tried but DIY parameters===

* Laser rubber has been used (mainly for stamps) it works well but you'll need to experiment for engraving/cutting

Parameters for the new laser cutter

Settings for the new Silvertail A0 Laser Cutter are available on the Cutting Parameters page.

Settings for the old laser cutter which used to live here have now been moved to the old Laser Cutter page for reference. Do not use these settings with the new cutter without some thought and careful adjustment since the new laser cutter is more powerful!
