Possible sources of cheap kitchen appliances (we need an oven & hob)

http://www.which.co.uk/advice/how-to-get-discounts-on-products/discount-kitchen-appliances/index.jsp

Fridge

We already have a fridge.

Oven

Something good, with a glass door. We want to see the yummy stuff as it cooks.

A bad oven can seriously impede caek baek, and can use much more electricity than necessary.

Hob

Induction has been suggested, which would be safer, but costs ~£30-£50 more. A ceramic hob (electric or induction) will be easier to keep clean than a metal one.

As always, if there's something going cheap or free, it might be better to get it as a start.
