Pig (or other related meat stuff) and fuel for spit roaster
Earlier this year I built a pig roaster http://www.waark.com/tag/pig-roaster/ (pic warning: Dead pig)
Depending on the size of pig (or hog) we'll need both charcoal and meat.

Generally you need about 1.5lbs of meat for every person as it shrinks during cooking. It takes about 1hr 15mins per 10lbs of pig. We'll also need about 30lbs of charcoal to start and about 10lbs each hour - probably more if it's cold and windy!
We'll also need: Stuffing Apple sauce Tomato sauce?
So pledge away - we're not sure yet whether we'll do this as a 'donation' or sell thing.
