i am writing to you on behalf of a group planing to organise a technology enthusiast feastival next year and we have seen the venue at <insert venue here> as a promising location.

We are planning for a 3 day festival with provisional date of around next august bank holiday (24th - 26th August 2012). We are planning to have a maximum of 500 people of which most will be camping, with several larger marquees for lectures, workshops and festival infrastructure.

Also there would be need for evening entertainments and a licensed bar on site, for which we would be responsible for obtaining licences and any other legal requirments for a festival such as ours.
