Hello one and all, I'm Ash.

Let me spin you a tale of a weary sys-admin from [Maxeler Technologies]. It's a tale of disk quotas, ulimits and cluster upgrades. Armed only with knowledge and a cattle prod he ventured forth into the wilderness to tame the wild herd of users and their unwieldy ways.

When not zapping people with a cattle prod I'm generally gaming or playing round with the Xen hypervisor. My current long term goal is to finalise my Windows/NAS system that uses PCIE passthrough to allow gaming in Win7 whilst serving up ZFS goodness in the background.
