The following is a template form which all members (new or existing) must sign at the end of a space orientation to EX2

A hard copy should be printed and stored for each member in the 'Orientations' folder:

2) I agree to abide by the Rules of London Hackspace - as recorded on https://wiki.london.hackspace.org.uk/view/Rules

3) I have fully read and agree to the Policy/ Health & Safety Policy

4) I have fully read and agree to the Code of Conduct

5) I understand that any items I bring to the space must be stored in accordance with the bringing items guide, and are otherwise subject to disposal
