Plans and costs for kitting out the lab
Already spent
Paint + painting equipment, filler - ~£150
Plumbing
We need:
- Pipe installed from water supply upstairs down to lab
- Pipe installed from lab to pump, and from pump to drain
- The pump itself
- Sink
Cost:
- ~£400 for pump
Benches
- Tom looked at Ikea:
This is a possible option for the workbench. The surface is made of melamine: I checked on the web to understand if it is suitable for a lab like ours and it looks ok but I'm not 100% sure. The size is 220 cm and it costs £30 each, (the room is long 446 cm)
The sink is £90:
