Followed this guide and managed to pick up the signal with an ezcap digital tv dongle. I'm currently trying to figure out a way to make reading the signal more reliable as I'm currently using a program called SDR# to output sound and then piping that back into my microphone via an audio cable. Then I've got some HAM radio software which can read RTTY to read my transmission.
I also need to find the optimum shape for the antennas both transmitting and receiving.
Converting this into a weather station might be a good way to test how reliable the system is.
