Smallish stuff
5x "Parvalux" worm-geared
- 24V
- Max Amps 4.1, RPM 4000, Watts output 60, continuous
- Output RPM 100, 2.5Nm, 40:1 ratio.
- All tested to turn with a low voltage input.
- 10mm shaft, 80mm long with flat.
1x Parvalux as above with shorter shaft, 9mm x 28mm shaft with flat, no case on the commutator, working
1x Parvalux as above but seems broken, the shaft is very stiff to turn by hand and won't turn when voltage is applied. Identified by a smashed encoder on the motor shaft.
1x Parvalux as above but with different gearbox mounting holes, working
3x unnamed 24V worm gear motors
- Bigger than the parvalux
- All tested to turn with a low voltage input
- 12mm x 25mm shaft with keyway (not to end of shaft)
5x unnamed 24V worm gear motors
- Smaller than the parvalux, about car windscreen wiper motor size
- These seem to be less efficient than the Parvaluxes, drawing about 1A @ 6V without any load.
- 9mmx22mm shaft with keyway (not to end of shaft)
1x 24V pancake motor with integral gearbox
- 25:1 Gearbox
- Tested at 24V
- 25mm diameter x 29mm long shaft with keyway.
1x 24V "Valeo" windscreen wiper size, left-handed, working
- 10mm x 27mm shaft with keyway
1x unmarked windscreen wiper size, left-handed, working
- 10mm x 27mm shaft with flat
Note that the left-handed motors do not have the same mounting holes as *any* other motor.
Bigish stuff
All below are untested!
1x silver motor with unreadable label
2x MotionTech 24V
- Quoted 3600 RPM, 600W, Class F
1x MotionTech 24V
- As above, missing one of four brush assemblies.
2x MotionTech 48V
- Quoted 3600 RPM, 600W, Class F
Allocation
These were allocated as best I could according to the requests on the mailing list. All these motors are in Jim MacArthur's box with name labels on.
artag - 2 Parvalux motors.
Ulisses Pinto - didn't specify quantity, so 2 Parvalux
Paddy - unreadable silver motor
Maria - 2 Parvalux motors (1 is the one with a shorter shaft & missing commutator cover)
Jim M - 1x small windscreen wiper & Valeo left-handed motor
Jim Allanson - 2x small windscreen wiper
Mentar(Eugene) - 2x small windscreen wiper
Necati - 1x small windscreen wiper and 1x left-handed windscreen wiper
Tim Storey - 2x large wormgear motors
Sci - 1x large wormgear motor, 2x large 48V ungeared motors.
Ian Lowe - 1x large 24V motor
Dean Forbes - 2x large 24V motors, one with missing brush and 1x broken parvalux (requested in the space on the day)
artag - the pancake motor (specifically requested on IRC)
This leaves 1x broken parvalux.
