Revision as of 16:29, 3 October 2010

I joined the Hackspace in Sept 2010.

My main interests are in no particular order

  • Perl
  • Maps (using Google API - would like to broaden to Openlayers etc)
  • Linux
  • Walking
  • Photography
  • Music - singing choral music, particularly early music

I would like to put a list of projects that I work on, but I never stay on anything long enough to put on here. Things I might work on when I get a round tuit include :

  • investigating delicious API from Perl, to see if I can write a command line tool to do useful things with it.
  • Preparing a talk on Regular expressions, partly so I can be clearer in my own mind how various languages regexps compare.

I am not a great fan of IRC but I tend to lurk from time to time.

If you would like to contact me , I have the email andrewblackhackspace at gmail.com (Please don't add this to your adress book - it forwards to my "real" email address)
