The following is a template form which all members (new or existing) must sign at the end of a space orientation to EX2

A hard copy should be printed and stored for each member in the 'Orientations' folder:

5) I understand that any items I bring to the space must be stored in accordance with the bringing items guide, and are otherwise subject to disposal
