- 0800hrs: Collect van - Chiswick
- 1000hrs: Collect Laser Cutter - Frinton-on-sea
- 1230hrs: Arrive for load out - Barnsbury
- 1330hrs: Depart for new space
- 1345hrs: Start load in to new space - Cremer
- 1500hrs: Second run from old to new space if required
