Aim: to enable data (APRS etc) from Baofeng (and other radios that have a Kenwood connection).

Hardware

Based on this design: https://github.com/johnboiles/BaofengUV5R-TRRS

  1. Order PCBs from OSHPark (probably 50p?)
  2. Cables
    1. TRRS Ebay (£0.99)
    2. Kenwood (or 3.5mm and 2.5mm separately) Ebay (£1.95)
  3. Surface Mount Components
    1. 1x 10k Resistor 0603 Ebay
    2. 2x 2.2k Resistor 0603 Ebay
    3. 2x .01uF Capacitor 0603 Ebay

Total cost probably about £4 each?
