• Retrotech UK 220 stalls of dealers, clubs and private sellers offering vintage items, including radio, televisions, hi-fi and audio, records (LP's, 45's, 78's), gramophones, telephones, communications equipment, spares, early video games, early computing, small appliances, indeed anything techy from the early 20th century right up to the millennium and beyond. • Finningley ARS Car Boot Rally Sunday 25rd July 2021, unless the prime minister changes his mind. A load of radio hams sell junk electronics and stuff in a field.

• Hackney tension sculpture 23 july, have a drink and a look at a rooftop tension sculpture at a Hackney art gallery by the canal

• Visit a london tram station that has been sealed up for 70 years. 12 and 13 august 2021, ticket required. guardian article, el reg article

In Europe

• May_Contain_hackers The next in a series of camping events that happen every four years. Five days in a field. A huge campground in the Dutch countryside, same place as SHA2017. Ticket price not yet set, will be a few hundred euros.

• DEFCON2021 is planned to have a large online element to it this year. 5th to 8th of August 2021. Normally requires an incredibly expensive trip to Las Vega. This year the talks will be streamed for free. Optional $20 for access to extra discussion forums on discord, or $85 if you want to receive a badge to add to your collection of e-waste.
