We have an electric pedal operated Toyota 2260 and a beautiful hand-operated Singer.

• Scrap material
• An iron & ironing board
• Shears?
• A box to keep sewing stuff in!

• Scissors for cutting fabric (these should only be used for cutting fabric and should not be appropriated for other tasks in the space)
• Pins
• hand sewing needles
• machine needles in various sizes. might be worth getting some leather ones if people want to sew leather and plastics
• a seam ripper
• a tape measure
• sewing machine oil (actually I have some of this and my current machine doesn't require it)
