London Biological Laboratories

We are a company limited by guarantee, with three directors: Simon Rose, Tommaso Vannocci, and William Beaufoy. The directors have no special decision making powers within the group. We have a treasurer, Lui Smyth, who is in charge of the bank account, and reimbursing people for group expenses.

At present decisions are taken by consensus between whoever attends a meeting / mailing list thread where a decision is proposed.
