We are a company limited by guarantee, with four directors: Simon Rose, Tommaso Vannocci, Samantha Thompson and William Beaufoy. The directors have no special decision making powers within the group.
If group decisions need to be taken, members of the group able to vote are defined as whoever has paid at least the minumum membership fee of £2 per week for the past 12 weeks on the day of the vote.
