We are a company limited by guarantee, with four directors for the purpose of facilitating the wishes of the members: Tommaso Vannocci, Samantha Thompson and William Beaufoy.

If group decisions need to be taken, members of the group able to vote are defined as whoever has paid at least the minumum membership fee of £2 per week for the past 12 weeks on the day of the vote.
