Upcoming

  • Talk about modern holograms. Professor Martin Richardson will be talking about how holograms can be created digitally. He plans to produce a reflective hologram during the talk. 9th of March 2:30pm at the Stereoscopic society, in a Church hall near Kings Cross.

  • Make a wooden bowl with a lathe, 16th of March, Camden, forty quid, click on art on the website.
  • Infosec Security expo. 23-25th April, Earls Court.
  • BsidesLondon13 community driven free security conference. April 24th, Kensington and Chelsea Town Hall.
  • MCM Expo Movies, Comics and Media. Excel, 24-26 May.
  • Hacked.io A hack day at the dome. 20th and 21st of July. Seems to have no specific focus at this point, presumably people will turn up and work on whatever they want? Ticket cost not yet announced.
  • Nineworlds Geekfest 9–11 August, Heathrow.
  • Plasa Sound and light trade show at the ExCel center. 6-8October
