"> 6000sqft dedicated yard with loading bay." is pure expansions space - I can't imagine how many conatiner units you can put in that space Conatiners are cheap to buy and can be easily converted or welded together to make extra spaces. They can be used for dirty jobs - for example sandblasting or woodshops, and obviously can be used for storage. The price of containers varies depending on quality but they typicaly coem with hard wood floors, the nicer ones are insulated or even have cooling machinery built in and prices rage from £1000 to £8000.
