405nm 600mW Violet/Purple Laser Diode

They will comfortably put out around 680mW when fed 500mA of current. Higher output is possible at higher currents, but I recommend 500mA or less for long diode life.

445nm 1W Blue Laser Diode

These diodes can safely accept up to 1400mA, provided adequate heatsinking is used. The use of a constant current driver, such as a Micro FlexDrive, is highly recommended.

70mW+ 532nm Green OEM High Power

This appears to have no IR filter

This module need 2.8-3.2V DC voltage and 320-390mA current. Output Power: 70mW+ (more then 100mW+ from my laser check include IR output)

Laser Drivers

[File:Dsc02584lw.jpg]

  • Required power supply: 5V DC
  • TTL modulation input: 0-5V Off-On
  • Up to 2A output current
  • The PCB dimensions are 23x37mm

The R? resistor value limits the maximum output current, so R? resistor must be soldered by the buyer, depending on how much current he needs for the LD.

  • R1 - max current would be 220mA
  • R2 - max current would be 540mA
  • R3 - max current would be 1100mA
