A glossary of terms in mind hacking - please help to expand.
- Anchor
- Something in the real world (a sight, touch, smell, etc) that brings back a specific state
- Deepener
- A deepener is a process designed to deepen trance.
- Induction
- Inducing a hypnotic trance state.
- Post-hypnotic Suggestion
- A suggestion that the client/subject will carry out after they come out of hypnosis
- Pre-talk
- Talking to the subject before an induction.
- State
- A state of mind you are in with specific emotions, outlooks etc
- State-Transference
- The act of the state you are in transferring to someone else or vice versa.
