Tried to do some printing today. Three issues came up : | |||
- on Lovelace, latest replicatorG software (on desktop), couldn't see the Makerbot | |||
- on my machine, replicatorG kept printing ever thickening raft, didn't start on the object itself. Originally we thought this was a problem in the data file but various attempts to fix it failed. | |||
- when one roll of plastic feed finished, the end seemed to get stuck in the top of the extruder. Trying to push it down with the new roll of feed compressed it, but failed to get the last of the old roll out. Now seems blocked. | |||
I'm happy to come in and help fix this if someone who knows the Makerbot is going to tackle it. -- PhilJones | |||
