Last Saturday, Ian Blythe had trouble printing his combined cut and engrave job. Layer 1 was engrave, at the recommended settings for MDF, and the job was around 300kB. While the laser looked like it was engraving, following the expected path at the right speed, it didn't have the laser on.  I think this is a straightforward bug in the laser cutter software, but didn't keep the relevant .MOL.
