As a total newbie to 3D printing I had no software installed, no expirience and no idea where to even start, so half my reason for visiting London Hackspace was to find people who had, even perhaps people with a 3D printer that I'd be able to borrow/rent etc... Anyway I'm starting on Fedora 18 running on a MBP so post-training Blender appears to be a good/recommended piece of software for designing in and Fedora has it in it's native repos so... | |||
