Attempt to 3D-print a replacement bracket (which isn't available from De Walt as a spare part - nor was the whole fence available) failed - the layering effect of the 3d printing made it too flimsy, so I used my basic metalworking skills (not much more than being able to put together a mecanno set to be honest), and fabricated a rip fence bracket. This is far sturdier than the attempted 3d printed bracket, and indeed, a more sturdy design than the bracket on the other end. New parts used: De Walt clamp, pin, and handle for the bracket.
Dean supplied me with a blade for the table saw, but it's too big - with that in place it would be difficult to do small cuts, so we're still on the two-year-old blade.
Fix-Me sticker removed from fence.
