This has the highest maximum temperature of hackspace's two kilns (1600°C theoretical maximum - successfully used up to 1250°C for brass casting), but has a relatively small internal cavity. Larger pieces can be heated in the [[Equipment/Kiln Carbolite - High Temp|Carbolite Kiln]].
