We have come up with plans which would allow an affordable construction of four enclosed workshops (clean metal, dirty metal, wood handtools, wood machines) and an extra floor on top of these with an open plan area of the same total size for our other facilities (laser cutter, 3d printing, electronics, sewing, model making, etc).
