• It's a bit unfair to offer non-member space but bump them at the last moment for a priority member. Perhaps it would be better to give priority to members by offering space to others after members have had an opportunity to register.

• There's the possibility of extending into the yard as a boot sale - useful for larger items and to provide more space.
