Pinfold Technologies has a completely novel approach to ultrasound sensing. We're commercialising technology developed at UCL to create devices which are low cost (made from off-the-shelf ICs) but competitive with high-end ultrasound equipment. Our patent-pending technology also solves a number of open problems in the field, such as being scalable to high channel counts (enabling, for instance, 2D matrix arrays which produce 3D images) and having a wide sensitivity bandwidth, crucial for monitoring next-gen ultrasound-based therapies. | |||
We're looking for someone ideally London-based and experienced in RF/microwave circuit design. No ultrasonics experience is necessary, but it's nice to have. Particularly interested in hearing from software-defined radio hobbyists. | |||
We are in the process of raising an angel round, and your involvement at this stage will have a big part in shaping the company. | |||
