Days before
* tweet: "First 'Young Hackspace' this Saturday with a group of six year olds. Health & safety prep! Hackers: store away your sharp objects!"
* announce Health & Safety cleanup session for Friday night
Workshop prep
* Tom/Will: plan the sequence of events; what do we need to prepare/organise/buy?
* Find people who can set up the toys & demos (cf. below)
Friday night/Saturday morning
* make a list of all the below once done to demonstrate preparedness
* Hover/clean the quiet room, entrance area, workshop area, ...
* Unplug all power machines?
* Store away sharp objects and deactivate open electric circuits
* Turn off any open power sources
* Deactivate the people counter laser (it's about eye level for young kids)
