I wonder what is rationale for that. In principle I trust my gut feeling and among all the competing options I feel most enthusiasm to "my way", I know "my way", I can easily understand "my way"... I also wonder if your rule encourages "idea socialising", manipulation aka soft skills so actually I don't express explicitly "my way" but try to go around the bush so the "my way" appears as not mine? | |||
