Potential of Business Rate relief
Although we are not quite a charity, has anyone looked at getting charitable business rate relief?
I think we could put forward a strong case for significant relief even potentially 100% discretionary relief.
If not, I could enquire further with the local council if this is something of interest. I would need to talk to whomever is handling payment of Business rates on our side at the moment though...
I find it fascinating that cost of the communication is approximately 1% of the rent and business rates.
