GMO (CU) REGULATIONS 2000 RISK ASSESSMENT FORMs

FOR ACTIVITIES INVOLVING THE USE OF GENETICALLY MODIFIED MICRO-ORGANISMS AND 
EUKARYOTIC CELL AND TISSUE CULTURE SYSTEMS IT IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A RISK
