DAC Weather and Vandal Proof phone. Possibly for back fence?
Has no dial pad, but does ring and can be answered and on pick up will open the line (dial tone).
Has a "BS6312 431A plug; colloquially, a British Telecom plug" on the end of the cable (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_telephone_sockets )
