A sand blaster useful for stripping corrosion, scale, dirt, or previous coatings from metal parts prior to re-working or painting

No training requirement, but please seek advice from other metalshop users if you are unfamiliar with its use

There are 2 nozzles inside the cabinet, 1 is just air (for cleaning), the other is the sand blaster

The blasting media ("sand") is collected at the bottom of the cabinet and recycled

Instructions for use

1) Connect sand blaster's air hose at air compressor

2) Turn on air compressor

3) Plug in sand blaster (white lead, black plug, labelled)

4) Turn on internal cabinet light (takes several minutes to warm up)

5) Open the cabinet and put your stock inside

6) Close the door and DO NOT PINCH THE RUBBER GLOVES

7) Turn on sand blaster using green switch to the left of the blasting cabinet

8) Start blasting - foot pedal at base of unit controls grit flow on/off

Shutdown procedure

1) Press red button to the left of the blasting cabinet

2) Follow steps above in reverse
