- You want 100ug/ml ultimately for high copy plasmids, meaning 10mg in 100ml
- So you can use ampicillin stock solution (1000x conc) at 1ul / ml.
Make new stock
- Needs to be 1000x, so 100mg per ml
Solubility rating is 50mg/ml, so make 1ml of stock.
