They list a number of "tracks", which they describe as "Tracks in the iGEM competition allow teams to focus their project towards a specific subject area within synthetic biology and allow them to know who they will compete against for the track award. ENVIRONMENT
FOOD AND ENERGY
FOUNDATIONAL ADVANCE
HEALTH AND MEDICINE
INFORMATION PROCESSING
MANUFACTURING
NEW APPLICATION
ART AND DESIGN
The "NOT the IGEM Competition" competition
This will be an evening of drinking in which teams compete to illustrate principles of molecular biology via the medium of MODERN INTERPRETIVE DANCE.
To get the ball rolling, I enter a team of myself and Simon, illustrating the MAP ERK pathway.
However I think we might have to recruit some more members to play the parts of SOS and GRB2...
