Dear Sir/Madam,
We're a non-profit group planning a technology enthusiast festival next summer and we'd be interested in talking to you about your venue as a possible location.
The event we're planning is along similar lines to a small camping music festival, with predominantly talks and workshops. We're initially looking at a capacity of between 500 and 1000 people (which would roughly mean an area between 4 and 10 acres), and dates of either the 24th-26th August or the 2nd-4th June next year.
