We have a large number of new members over the last few weeks. Most of them realise that they get 24/7 access to the space but many don't know how to go about getting it set up, they also may not realise they get other benefits or how to enact them.
It would not be unreasonable to those that have signed up and been verified as paid members to receive a welcome email.
