Information for our introductory workshops on Arduinos

When?

A 2 day workshop over Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th of August.

Where?

Laboratory 24.

What?

A Beginners Arduino workshop.

Saturday

  • 10.00 – 10.30 : Installing the Arduino IDE and getting ready for the day.
  • 10.30 – 13.00 : An introduction to Arduino and micro-controllers.
  • 13.00 – 13.30 : Buffet Lunch provided.
  • 13.30 – 17.00 : Getting started, hands on Arduino fun!


Sunday

  • 10.00 – 10.30 : Recap.
  • 10.30 – 13.00 : Working on your own project, with assistance.
  • 13.00 – 13.30 : Buffet Lunch provided.
  • 13.30 – 17.00 : Further work with projects and documentation.

For who?

Anyone!

Prior Knowledge of electronics is not needed, just a desire to learn.

How much?

£100 For 2 Days, Including:

  • An Arduino and component kit from EarthshineElectronics, worth £45!
  • Lunch both days, with refreshments provided throughout.
  • Continued project support through the Hackspace!
