A: All drawn in Autocad - I took the gear shapes from a library of standard gears. The geometry is very similar to my LEGO prototype, but with fatter gear teeth (don't want to risk tiny teeth snapping or grinding down). No simulation, but I've rotated the parts on screen by hand and they mesh well. | |||
