 Two existing directors will have to stand for re-election. All members are eligible to stand for election as directors.
-Note: I (Russ) would like to note that there are 8 spaces on the Board of directors, of which 6 are already filled. If more than two applications are received for the position of Director, they will have to go head-to-head in a vote after the AGM which will significantly increase our administrative burden. So I'd prefer it if people didn't go to town applying for the post of director. If you still want to apply, please e-mail me.
