The only remaining changes to be made are to codify the directors' election policy as discussed [http://groups.google.com/group/london-hack-space/browse_thread/thread/69d22137fda4bad2/62f6ad60e82127f1 on the mailing list]. Specifically:
* Elections have to happen every year.
* Elections held electronically across all members.
* Method of election is Meek STV with a "none of the above" option
