This page details the training programme/ requirements for the welding equipment. The space has three types of welder - MMA (stick), MIG and TIG, each requiring a separate training session. Traditionally we have started teaching beginners with MMA, as this very manual technique teaches a lot of the fundamentals that are useful to know when using the other techniques. However, our current line-up of trainers are not very familiar with it and so we now focus on MIG, which is very beginner-friendly.
