FAQ

Please read the mailing list FAQ before posting. Your first post will be moderated - pop onto IRC and prod us if it's taking a while.

Etiquette

  • Please be polite. Our lists are public and we'd like them to be welcoming.
  • Please keep politics/religion etc off the list as much as possible, we have a large number of readers of the list and we'd like the lists to be as on topic as possible
  • Please be aware that certain topics keep coming up. Please check the FAQ and start with a Google search.

Hackspace

  • Main mailing list Used for general communication and discussion between members. Extremely active, 30% noise.
  • Announcements Used only for weekly news announcements and event announcements. Intentionally very quiet, 0% noise.
  • Infrastructure Used for discussion about modifications to the space itself. Quiet, 5% noise.
